What a wonderful gesture for a friend, colleague, or someone close to your heart! With 12 unique and beautiful PurePod locations to choose from, your lucky recipient will have fun selecting their preferred location.
We offer various dollar values for purchase, which can be used in full or in part for booking at any of our beautiful PurePods locations. If you desire a different value, please reach out to us here, and we can arrange a customized option for you.
When deciding the value of your gift voucher, bear in mind the starting rate for a PurePods nightly stay is $690. You can enhance your gift voucher purchase by adding the yummy dinner/breakfast hamper, which is priced at $199 per night and includes fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Here are some examples of price points to consider:
Food hamper - $199
Contribution to a PurePods stay - $300
PurePods stay (low-season) - $690
PurePods stay (high-season) - $890
When you purchase a PurePods gift voucher, you'll be prompted to provide:
-The recipient's name and contact information
-A personal message for the recipient
-The names of the gift-givers
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation, followed by a separate email containing the ready-to-print (or email) gift voucher. This voucher includes instructions for the recipient on how to make their booking. They simply need to reach out to us with their chosen PurePod location and an available date. We'll handle the booking, and their confirmation will contain essential details on how to locate their PurePod.
All vouchers should be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase even if the date reserved is beyond that date. If we havenât heard from the recipient within 6 months of purchase, we will email them a reminder (using the contact details provided by you).
Rest assured, we won't contact the recipient before you present them with your beautiful gift.

Cancellation Policy
With the remote locations of the PurePods late cancellations can be tricky for us to fill at short notice as most of our guests tend to book well in advance of their stay (with many of our guests planning the rest of their itinerary around their PurePod experience). However we know that despite your best intentions sometimes your plans can change so we have done our best to be as flexible as possible.
You can amend or cancel your booking at absolutely no charge up to 14 days before your reserved stay â so if your itinerary changes or you decide you prefer a different PurePod location please let us know asap and we will process the reservation change for you immediately.
If you need to cancel your reservation and itâs between 14 and 7 days of your reserved stay weâll refund you 50% of the cost of your booking.
If you cancel within 7 days of your reserved stay no refund is payable.
Bookitâs Amendments and Cancellations
Cancellation policies are specific to each supplier and are detailed on the payment confirmation page prior to final booking confirmation.
Bookit's non-refundable fee of NZD20.00 also applies to all cancellations regardless of the supplierâs cancellation policy.
Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
For amendments of bookings additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment.
If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
