PurePods Optional Add Ons

You can amend or cancel your PurePod booking at absolutely no charge up to 14 days before your reserved stay – so if your itinerary changes please let us know asap and we will process the reservation change for you immediately.

Food hampers are provided in accordance with the Food Act 2004 and where possible we will adhere to prearranged dietary requirements.
Cancellations or amendments for the food hamper prior to 3 days of booking are free of charge and a 100% fee is payable after that time.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel food hamper contents and delivery due to adverse weather and events out of our control.


If you have booked the mountain bike activity, please note: Mountain biking can be a dangerous activity, so take care while using the mountain bike trail provided by the farm and ensure you watch out for farm vehicles. It is your responsibility to decide if you are capable of the ride, and you are welcome to dismount and walk any parts of the trail you are uncertain of. Your bike must be in a safe working condition and helmets should always be worn while riding. You may wish to wear other personal protection, such as knee and arm guards. Please take the Personal Locator Beacon kept in the bathroom cabinet at the PurePod with you on your ride. PurePods and the farmers will not be liable in any way or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to you that may occur during, or in connection with, or as a result of using the mountain bike trail. You are participating in this activity entirely at your own risk and must ride within your own capabilities.
